very wise words at 25 minutes in. your episodes deal with some interesting issues, however, and I hope you wont be offended, they do seem a bit padded out and unnecessarily lengthy, and in my humble opinion would benefit greatly from a generous trim (by at least two thirds)while im moaning, its hard to hear Jon in places on account of the rather loud noise…I mean music
