For Parapsychology I would suggest the University of Edinburgh (link below).

For UFO's I would suggest the Field Investigators Manual from MUFON (link below).

I couldn't find any courses that I would suggest for Cryptozoology but I would suggest starting at the web site listed below.

I am asking how can you observe something not scientifically observed but reported to be seen (santa clause, unicorns, yeti, UFO-s)
This is like studying fairy tales and gaining knowledge based on fictional descriptions.

It is called pseudoscience

I've never heard of any course but I'd love to take it. No feeding or cleaning up after the animals like regular Zoology or Animal Husbandry. Real animals get awfully stinky.

I have recently found a course in Cryptozoology in Florida. Search for Florida Keys Comm, College, then crypto. The gentleman that teaches these courses was on Coast to Coast AM the other night. His name is Scott Marlowe, and also has a site for crypto. Pangea Institute, I believe. Hope this helps.......

In England there were some studies of these who were not shown on our Yahoo search. You might try to go to the UK or Ireland Yahoo search. I have found some cool stuff that was only there in the past.

In a field that really technically IS a pseudoscience, you're going to be able to find specific crypto classes and programs, but 99% of them are not going to be accredited in any shape or form by any recognized institution.

If you are interested in cryptozoology and furthering your education in this field, your best bet would be to get a good, strong foundation in an accepted, yet related field from a local college or university. Zoology, biology, marine biology, etc...will be MUCH more beneficial to you if you actually plan to pursue this field; not only will it give you the structural foundation and basics that you need, but it will also give you credibility. Then, you can add on your studies of cryptozoology, including its popular ideologies and history as icing on the cake.

Anyway, if you're truly looking for something online just to further your own knowledge and feed your own curiosity, I'd recommend Flamel and stay away from Universal Class. Flamel actually has some pretty well known and recognized instructors while Universal Class is much more lax in their choosing of instructors...plus they lack a organized and steady curriculum.
