I’d usuallly say this is mange but the problems with that is
1) The animal is very fast
2) looks very healthy and muscular actually
3) very stumpy tail
4) hugely elongated nose
5) Dish like ears
6) stumpy front legs.
I’ve seen mange, but mange doesn’t change the body shape, and mange debilitates an animal, not beef it up.

the Chupacabra is a coyote hybrid that has yet to be captured and classified they are very elusive and fast if it is a dog again a hybrid it is freak of nature but i like studying it

Poor thing… it’s just a sick dog or coyote (or dog/coyote mix – never know!). It does look a heck of a lot like the other “chubacabras” that they’ve found… which have been coyotes. >_>;
