    Agree with all the paranormal/Cryptid examples with the exception of Bigfoot.

    Brian Bushwood is completely ignorant when it comes to the science of Sasquatch/Bigfoot. There are 40,000 reported/investigated sightings at least a dozen examples of hair, scores of fecal samples and over 300 pictures of Sasquatch along with 50 documented videos in addition to the Patterson Gimlin film.

    That’s a valid criticism. Ad hominem attacks alone do nothing to further the debate.

    The point I was trying to make was that there’s nothing particularly special about the footage that couldn’t be faked, so we have to evaulate the possibility of a fraud or hoax. In that case, it’s an important piece of evidence if someone has a past history of repeatedly cheating or defrauding others.

    (and yes, I was DEFINITELY speaking hyperbolically in the quote above :-)
