   Yes we are eternal and we can reincarnate. As for the new souls maybe God creates them.

   when we die

   we either repeat of entire life, in some way liek the movie Groundhog Day, trying to make it better to be able to stop the cycle of repeats if we don’t make ourselves better by the end of it.

   And if we have made ourselves better in this life, our soulds wrap around newly formed baby universes, and god( the multiverse) allows us to manipulate our universes as we please and teach the living things inside to be better individuals.
