   The writing on the video looks Japanese to me, so I’d think that was also the sung language.

   The song of “Reincarnation” consists of two motives based on two heroine’s songs “Ai” and “if”. Both lyrics are almost similar and sound like pseudo Latin or pseudo Celtic with mysterious and lyrical emotion. I guess, the lyrics are also inspired by old English, aren’t they?

   As n o r a ? and rumblestrutter said, a few words are written so that phonation sounds like Japanese.
   For instance,
   “it’s more hutari kilidder-yorm…” >> Itsumo furari kiri dayo.>> We are alone with you, forever.
   and
   “It’s chaos Mata-Auhimade…”>> Itsuka mata au hi made.>> Until we meet again, someday.
