I too almost drowned. I remember feeling very very happy and at peace. I did not want to be saved. I floated above the swimming pool about 15 feet into the air. I could look down and see and here everything. When I was rescued it was as if I had been yanked down. Later it was confirmed that the conversations and events prior to my rescue had occurred exactly as I described them. I was at the bottom of a 12 foot deep pool. I have gone my entire life without fearing death because I know that so many billions of people have died before us that we must have evolutionally developed mechanisms that make death seem a marvelous experience.
I had a near death experience, but I am afraid I did not see any of that. It was all just blank for me, with little twinkles (maybe the twinkles were something?).
It did feel very warm though, welcoming, but only if you are ready. Which I certainly was not.
nope no animals I don’t even remember seeing anything like what you describe. I wasn’t even aware that I could have died. Since I’m here I guess it wasn’t my time.
For about 10 minutes and there was nothing and no memory of anything. Good luck on your search.
I have been near death by falling from a hill, all my body are bruised, and I only recall that when I can feel myself, that is when I am lying on the rock, few seconds are missing, probalby I was fainted for a while.
But I do not see anything.
I had a near death experience once. . I was in a swimming pool and i was little, and was pushed into the deep end by people running past, and no one saw me fall in except my dad, and he jumped in fully clothed (good on you lifeguards) and saved my life. I completely blacked out until about an hour later, and it was kind of like being asleep. I honestly think, i was actually dead.
I donno how to describe this event, whether im dead or my spirit has gone out for while.
Well, when i was working as a security guard in some condominium near my living place, i was on semester break of my second year of studying. I worked in nite shift, and always when it comes to my break time, i will rush to one forbiden stair case, as everyone says its an hunted place, and will take short nap there.I don;t beleive other perception as i will always like to experience on my own. Suddenly , i felt i was in anotehr place on earth.I was in differnet place full of developed areas like in city.I can feel the air but i felt that my self a flesh-less body!i donno i felt weird nand i was cried and begging for mercy to return to my life and i promised to my self that i will do all the good things in return. After few minutes of suffering I finally got up.And i try touched and felt my body once again..phew…that was nite mare for me…Thank to god!
I was in a bad car accident. I hit the windshield but did not go through. I had no seatbelt on and should have catapulted out the windshield. Something or someone held me in. When I regained consciousness, I smelled cigar smoke. My grandfather who had passed away a couple of years earlier always smoked cigars. I have always believed that he was the force that kept me from going throught the windshield that night.
Had a friend pronounced dead, woke up in the morgue with a toe tag on. True story, 1969.
this one when I was about to drown, I remember everything moving very slow like those special effects in movies and I remember hearing my dads voice saying to me " don’t go into the deeper parts of the pool" in my head.
I know a woman who was researching near death experiences. She’s a nurse at a hospital. Without telling anyone, she wrote a large message on the roof, something non-sensical like "green eggs and ham". She interviewed 10 people in the hospital with near death experiences one month later. 4 of those people could tell her what the message on the roof was, having floated above the hospital…
