If you don’t like the modern form of Witchcraft (Wicca) then you can learn the pre-Christian form of Witchcraft. Think about what it is that attracts you to Wicca. It’s the beliefs that matter.
Just a few more quick facts: in an attempt to squash Paganism and nature worship, the Roman Catholic church essentially invented all of their ‘holy’ dates to coincide with the Pagan festivals. They also moved the date of Jesus’ birth (it was originally in March) so it would cancel out Yule. Also, Jesus never claimed he was the son of ‘god’, he was just a regular guy. It was the Catholic church who decided on his ‘divinity’.

Wicca is indeed based on mankind’s most ancient beliefs , reverence to the Divine Mother Goddess and her consort the Horned God of Fertility. It was formalised into a neo-pagan faith in the 1950.s but what is wrong with that? Everything must start sometime!
Why thankyou for this video. For a very long time I’ve been seriously converting to wicca. The only problem I have is that it was founded in the 1950’s…. but then again it’s based off of ancient beliefs(that’s what I have heard at least). And I agree greatly christians don’t even bother to study this religion before they persecute them. I’ve had christians persecute it before and they don’t even know the first thing about Wicca! Ha!
