It can sure be difficult to find someone who is a member of a minority group, such as a religion that has a small membership. Perhaps there are social groups that would tend to attract people with other similar interests and therefore would be a possible meeting place?

Not everyone remains Wiccan forever. Just because you marry someone who is Wiccan today doesn’t mean they will still feel called to the path 2 or 5 or 10 years from now. So making "being a Wiccan" a criteria for a possible mate is really not very reliable.
