I recently got a new number from Cingular and I get the astrology alerts everyday. It may have been started from the previous subscriber because it sends me the horoscope from an astrology sign other than mine. How can i stop it?

I have checked the tools option on FireFox (latest version) to block pop-ups, however, there are still some pop-ups that, well, they pop-up.
