What you have there maybe Venus sir. In the fall it can be seen very clearly. It shines the brightest in the sky at night. However I maybe wrong. I’m outside looking at this too. It looks like a star but its flashing and flickering different colors. And if you stare at it long enough, It moves every once in a while.
Sorry friend if you ask MUFON they will tell you that is a star,done that many times.
