hi.. i have been getting sleep paralysis from quite a long time now.. some of my friends tell me that they are spirits or devils.. i am reluctant.. donno know if i should believe. why do u say its true.. do u have any particular explanation?
I simply do not know. I had a very strange thing happen to me in regard to sleep paralysis too. I still remember it so clearly after all these years. Devils and demons are all around us. I always ask the Lord to protect me when I sleep.Hope this helps.
