I’ve had sleep paralysis. I tink it’s inhereted because some others in family have had. I think that the vast majority of “abductions” by aliens are simply waking dreams (sleep paralysis). The gaps are filled in by the mind – that’s no surprise. The fear is incredible and all sorts of imaginings come to life. It’s natural. In the past they probably would have seen demons or monsters or minotaurs or who knows?? There might be a tiny minority of people who’ve had real experiences, though.

you should really look into sleep paralysis because the hallucination part only happens to appriximatley 5% of the american populatiion and the hallucinations usually only last five to ten seconds. which doesnt explain why abductees report hours of missing time

The probability is that there are other life forms in the universe. But its also very likely they will never be in reachable distance.

From a scienfic point of view there are most likely life forms in the vast space…aliens could be some of those lifeforms
yeah I have severe sleep paralysis and I hear and see the craziest things that scare the crap out of me.
I had a similar experience when I was a young child. After it I had nightmares every night for three years about aliens. Eventually I stopped dreaming, or remembering my dreams.
yeah this case could easily be sleep paralysis ive had it and ive seen some crazy shit lol. like seeing dark figures in the room, feeling a presence, hearing voices. all that is a result of sleep paralysis. but in some cases people remember beings taken off in spaceships and are fully awake. so i don’t know what to say about those cases….
i hate going in sleep paralysis IT SCARES THE SHIT OUTTA ME & I GET IT EVERY NIGHT!!! but its weird cuz now i can control it an force my way out of it……
