You can’t.
Ghosts are residual energy.
In short, the law of conservation of energy states that energy can not be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.

It can be a demon, but certainly is not a dead person.
And Demons are controlled by Satan.
Simply say " IN JESUS’ NAME, GET BEHIND ME SATAN".
When you recognise that Satan is behind all these ‘ sightings’,
and make it plain to Satan that YOU know his tricks, AND USE JESUS’ NAME, Satan must comply.

ghost are not alive as we know life. they are other enities and they do exist. you can ask the higher powers to send it to the void which would have the same results as we know death.
You cannot kill these things.
Try to stay away from such things. The Ouija board is an invitation to such. The same thing that answers, operates this board causes the ghost phenomenon.
First, knock it off with the ouiji board. Just because Mattell puts one out doesn’t mean it’s a smart idea. You have to be trained in the spiritual world to know how to properly use one.
There are many things that could be haunting you: a human spector, demon, or even just negative energy. If I were you, I would contact the closest paranormal investigator if you’re serious about getting to the bottom of this. I don’t know how much they charge, as I’ve never had to use one, but it beats trying to figure this thing out yourself.

Instead, bear in mind that ghosts don’t exist.
Do not destroy ghosts. But ask the divine spirits to intercede and bring to the lights.
By the three rules that you defined, it sounds like you are in search of a more active route. If so, there are certain systems that involve banishing, binding and burning spirits and whatnot.
This crosses over from superstitions, bibles and quija boards to magic and sorcery. There are essentially two major routes there: Natural Magic and High Magic. Either would require you to develop your force of will and may result in control over what most others would flee from.
Google those if you’re interested. There are many good books out there too.

Burn the corpse and you get rid of the ghost. shotguns filled with rock salt can repel a ghost temporarily.
