If you signed a contract with Cingular, when you log in to your account, you can block a specific address. And you don't have to block all messages, just the one domain (Yahoo!) that is sending mail. And there is no way that Yahoo! can really do anything about it, because somebody else has the phone registered. Although, if you go to Yahoo! Mobile and add this phone, you might be able to delete alerts as well.
