At 4:15 you see a 747 fire-fighting airplane dumping water in a demo flight. There are reconfigured firefighting airplanes all throughout the western United States that dump either water or a red fire-fighting retardant. Do some damn research before you jump to crazy irrational conclusions.

Go check out some planes at your local airport. Let me know where they are hiding this secret chemical tank and on/off switch you ‘tard. Stop inhaling chemicals and you’ll clear up that case of paranoia.
Planes do not fly in straight lines. There are highways in the sky that are laid out by ground based navigational aides. These X patterns are waypoints where these highways of the sky intersect. If you see a plane make a sharp turn, it is most likely getting off one jet-route and joining another. Go to a pilot shop and buy a $5 high-altitude chart where you can see all these highways and intersections.
You are a Moron! I am a commercial pilot and have am amazed that there are actually people as absurd as yourself out there. Go get a meteorology book you ignorant twit! There are pockets of air that flow much like water in sky. Some of these pockets of air are cooler or warmer that others. Some are dry, some are humid. As the airplanes either climb, descend, or travels through these pockets, you may or may not see the Con-trail depending on the humidity and temperature.
