To clarify: the OT is a purely Christian text. No Jews read it and it is alas often a mistranslation of the Jewish Tanakh.
The Scrolls are the same as the Tanakh – 99% identical. Thus both say ‘young woman’ in the Hebrew. It is ONLY in the Christian ‘old testament’ that you will ever find ‘virgin’.
The Hebrew word ‘almah’, which appears in both the Scrolls and the Tanakh ONLY ever means YOUNG WOMAN.
There are no prophecies of Jesus anywhere in either the Scrolls or the Tanakh. For a lot more detail, go to the scriptures section here: http://www.ajewwithaview.com

You know what else is interesting about them? They have found 2 more Psalms by King David where he’s boasting about his relationship with God, but arrogantly. I’m serious!
Most Jews are aware that the prophecies for Jesus are false. As he is not the messiah.
Yes, they do differ!!
The dead sea scrolls say nothing about Jesus..and don’t refer to him at all.
The Dead Sea Scrolls are mostly in Hebrew & match the Jewish Torah & Tanach to the extent found. The differences your referring to are between the Jewish Tanach & the OT. So you don’t really need the Dead Sea Scrolls themselves to see the differences.
Here’s some sites that will help, I hope:
These are written to explain Messanics misstatements about Judaism, but has this stuff in there as a result.

This book warns of being written without concern for Christian feelings, i.e. not very PC. However it looks like a very thorough & well referenced commentary on the differences:
