I think I have psychic/medium abilities but I am too scared to communicate w/ spirits. words of encouragment?

You could get yourself in serious hot water attempting to connect to spirits. One that seems good, might in fact be evil, and could really hurt you.
I say don’t do it, or at least be really really careful. There is A LOT out there to be wary of.

Deuteronomy 18:10-12 reads, "There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah…….."
Maybe the spirits are looking for help and they want to communicate through you…i suggest lighting spirit candles and really concentrating your energy into the spirits and maybe you can learn more from them
be careful because they might be evil spirits…if the candles blow out, then they are evil…stay away from them! If the candles seem to be bright and glowing, then the spirits are ok

I to have a bit of pshyic in me i can not just feel the ghost i can destroy them you should embrace your power like i did it can be helpful yet harm full to your health.
hmmm.. do’nt be scared god gave you special gift use it …maybe you should contact someone with the same gift and they could help u understand it more or can work with you on how to control it
Mental Health indeed. I don’t believe in ghosts, and it’s my experience that people who see or hear "spirits" have a mental health problem (well, it need not be a problem, but at least there’s something "wrong" (abnormal) with them, mentally).

When opening yourself up, make sure that you ask your spirit guides, guardians, creator to protect you and you ask for the highest and the best with love and light.
I have done this for many years, have given many readings and have never had any problems at all.

Alright, here is the thing; I do not know what “spirits” really are, but when you take any one of them seriously, they will start trying to control you and eventually manifest as poltergeists. Just the way it is. Ignore it and they will go away.

Me and you have alot in common. I’ve seen spirts, orbs, and shadow people my whole life.. I used to talk to them when I was kid but the older I got the less I saw these shadow people. Lately, ive have seen at least one every night, I talk to them but only to demand them to leave my room. I suggest not really talking to them to help them leave, if you want them to leave You have to Demand them to. You shouldn’t have to deal with them, they are just annoying and do not be afraid, they are no danger to you if they are in the room just there. I suggest saying psalms 91 everynight before bed to guide you through the night without fear. That’s what i do whenever I feel afaird. Good luck feel free to email me so I Can assist u more.
